This will delete all stored parameters and restore the default settings: Beat = 4, Tempo = 120, Rhythm = 1, Countdown = 30 minutes (when off), and Sound = 1.

To use the Countdown function: 1. Long-press the "Beat" button until the countdown value starts flashing. 2. Adjust the countdown time (1-90 minutes) using the "+" or "-" buttons. 3. Tap the "Beat" button again to start the countdown, and the "Beat" indicator will light up. 4. Tap any button among "Rhythm," "Sound," or "Beat" to exit the countdown mode, and the countdown value will stop flashing. 5. Once the countdown is up, the metronome will turn off, the alarm will sound, and the LED will flash. Tap any button to turn off the alarm.

To use the metronome: 1. With the unit turned off, long-press the "Power" button. 2. Adjust each parameter according to the manual's "Button Functions & Operations" section. 3. Tap the "Begin" button to turn on the metronome. 4. Use the Volume knob to set the desired volume level.
